Male Gender Community Integration 

Our Mission is to Empower the Male Gender to connect, grow and uplift them to reach their full potential. 
Boys and Men UK CIC is not just a gathering—it’s a commitment to fostering a community where every member is empowered to embrace their authentic selves, break free from societal constraints, and redefine masculinity on their terms. Join us in this transformative journey where friendships are forged, barriers are dismantled, and the true essence of development is discovered. 
 
Focusing on Enriching the community by refining the cultural / social values as male gender, thus will enable them to think through their actions, consider weather they add value to the society and how they can impact on future generation. To have accountable society, using the insights to make better decisions on how to allocate resources.

Inspiring social integrated community with the other Organization, to create unity, inclusion and participation in society, allowing everyone to have equal opportunities, rights, and services regardless of their personal characteristics. 
 
The Boys & Men organisation has greatly benefited from the support and collaboration of various organisations, enabling us to expand our reach, enhance our programs, and provide greater opportunities for young and adult males in our community. We have been able to create a supportive network that fosters positive change, resilience, and empowerment. 
 
These partnerships have played a crucial role in fostering personal growth, mentorship, and skill development among our participants. Additionally we have seen positive outcome such as Increased Impact, Shared Resources, Diverse Opportunities and Sustainable Growth. 
 
Our Aim and Objectives 
We aim to reduce the stigma and isolation which often exists for boys and young men, enabling them to Talk about problems when they arise and ask for support. 
 
Provide fun/engaging activities for boys and a father figure, to build strong, positive and nourishing relationships. Through these activities we aim to support and encourage men in their role as mentors and to raise self-esteem. 
 
To make sure Men can take Responsibility for thinking about their own actions, promote equality and respect. 
 
We envision to improve the lives of the community, supporting them to make good positive life choices that fulfills their full potential. 
 
To have a social integrated community with the other local authorities and all social services, and to have a less crime generation, violence, alcohol and drug abuse. 
 
Our Objective is to support the community, bring about social change and improve the life quality in different aspects such as : -
